Automate Your Emails

These emails are automated out to a new Brand Partner to give them their essential next steps.

We have three separate email automations depending on whether your new Partner will just be a customer who needs to know about patching or someone ready to start sharing, or someone ready to run in building the business.

Your best first step is to sign up for these yourself and see if they resonate with you and the way you desire to support your new Brand Partners.

Then plug in your Brand Partners details and let them know an email is on the way.

How To Welcome Effectively

Here’s how you can maximise this automation:

✅ Email yourself this new Brand Partner Email so that you know what it looks like

✅ Choose the email Customer, Sharer or Business Partner

✅ Add your new Brand Partners Full Name and Email into the link below (depending on whether they are building)

✅ Let them know that an email titled "Congratulations" is on its way from [email protected] and to contact you with any questions (they may need to check spam or updates)

✅ Ask them to text you when their patches arrive

✅ Over the next few days make sure they have chosen a path (Patching, Sharing or Building)

✅ When their patches arrive have them check their email for the second automated email titled

"Now That Your Patches Have Arrived"

✅ The 'Patching Partners" will receive a weekly email about Opportunity and Testimony calls they can join

✅ Place in your schedule a reminder for when their autoship it due out and remind them to look for their email at 21 days AFTER you have placed them in this automation.

Overview of Automation

Welcome Email

This email will either give them access to the various testimony groups if they are just patching or access to the Turpin Team System if they are Business building.

This does NOT place them on our weekly Turpin Team email. They need to do that themselves (which is in the email)

Patches Are On Their Way

This email automates at Day Three after their order. So if they ordered Premium then they will have the email on time. When they text you then ask them to check their email for their next steps.

Autoship Is Due + Other Information

This email will automate 21 days after you have placed them in the email system and directs them back to you for their next steps.
